Preparing myself for the Second Lockdown by setting up a new social interaction group to help me with my new goal starring today of a fitter, healthier new me as First Lockdown changed my usual healthy lifestyle into a very unhealthy one so it’s time for change as of today !

Being a busy tired Mum I am struggling to find the time & energy to cook all the healthy meals I used to plus I have no energy to stay for like I used to, all courtesy of my gorgeous yet cranky, hyper 2 year old & no thanks to the first lockdown when I stopped going to the gym & lost all routine .
